By creating an account or using menus.kitchen, you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Menus ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
We provide restaurant owners with a hosted menu page at a {slug}.menus.kitchen subdomain, a dashboard to manage menu content and orders, and optional paid plans that add features such as AI-powered WhatsApp order management. The free plan is free indefinitely — we do not secretly convert it to a paid plan.
You may use the service only for legitimate restaurant business purposes. You must not: post illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content; use the service to send spam; attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform; or impersonate another business. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
You own the content you upload (menu items, images, descriptions). By uploading it, you grant us a licence to store and display it as part of the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any images or text you publish. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor, Stripe. Pricing is shown at sign-up. Where a plan includes AI order management, AI conversation usage is charged in addition to the base fee at the rate displayed in your dashboard. You can cancel at any time — your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. We do not offer refunds for partial months, but we will always tell you exactly what you have been charged and why, and if we charge you in error we will put it right.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, bugs, or data loss, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We will always communicate planned maintenance in advance.
You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms, after notice where reasonably possible. On termination, your public menu page is taken offline and your data is deleted within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
We may update these terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
